The Babassu Deep Treatment Hair Masque is an intensive protein-moisture balanced treatment that applies a restorative formula to the hair, using steam to encourage absorption into the hair shaft. It is jam-packed with Brazilian butter, Tucuma and Murumuru seed butters and revitalising oils to nourish your hair. It’s so rich and gets to work for longer, you only need to apply it once or twice a month.

This Babassu oil for hair is the mother of all deep treatments and conditioners. A deep conditioner should contain moisturising low molecular fatty acids and hydrolysed protein ingredients. Our Babassu Masque contains Brazilian Babassu oil, Tucuma seed butter, Murumuru butter, Andiroba oil, Castor oil, Avocado oil and Baobab tree protein. Babassu is a superior emollient that conditions without leaving a greasy residue while Murumuru Butter locks moisture into the hair so you don’t have to deep condition for another fortnight or month. This makes the Babassu oil treatment hair masque a perfectly intensive treatment for damaged cuticles, instantly improving the condition of your hair and provides much needed nutrients to resist aging, wear and tear from handling and adverse weather effects.

Directions

Ensure your hair is clean by using our softening Baobab Cleanser to wash in sections. On dripping wet hair, apply Babassu Masque to each section from ends to root, squeezing in with mild fists. If you find any, you may remove shed hairs. If possible, lay your ends which are the oldest part of your hair, at the top of your head. Covering your hair with a plastic cap, sit under a steamer for 20 - 40 minutes for a moderate to an intense treatment. Let hair cool first, then rinse off the Masque and follow with our Marula leave-in conditioner for styling.
