Directions

Start with a quarter-sized amount.  Scrunch or comb through damp hair.  Apply more as needed.  Safe for natural and colour-treated hair.

  • During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
  • UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

If your order contains restricted items, we may:

  • Remove the affected item(s) from your order,
  • Contact you with alternative shipping options, or
  • Cancel and refund the affected item(s) where necessary.

UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:

  • Change the shipping method,
  • Remove restricted items from the order, or

Does gel dry out curly hair?
Styling gels may seem drying because of the film formers that they contain. We formulated the Curl Talk Frizz Control Sculpting Gel to give your curly hair a flexible, flake-free hold that allows them to move with you and provides lasting frizz control.
Should I use a curl cream or gel?
For the dynamic duo of curly definition, we recommend cocktailing Curl Talk Defining Cream with one of our styling gels. You can always layer the products as you learn what your curly hair loves best!
Should I use a leave-in conditioner and curl cream?
If your curly hair needs an extra dose of definition and moisture, feel free to combine the Curl Talk Defining Cream with a leave-in conditioner! They will both provide slip and amplify curl softness.
