How it works

● Book a time slot that suits you via the link below

● After booking, you will receive a link to complete a quick questionnaire
which will tell us more about your hair texture and the products you
currently use, as well your goals and concerns.

● On the day, you’ll join your video appointment where your hair coach will
conduct an indepth assessment of everything from your hair selfies to your
texture profile, your medical history to current routine.

● After your session, your hair coach will map out a bespoke routine packed
with expert advice and product recommendations, all tailored to you. You
can also message them via the Carra app for ongoing support.
