Chroma Crème is the outcome of a unique collaboration between L'Oréal Professionnel Paris colour Labs and Haircare Labs. Together, they have developed an exclusive technology combining professional tailored dyes to neutralize unwanted warm reflects, now in their most caring formula. It delivers even neutralization** thanks to a thinner, more even formula deposit than regular neutralizing shampoos to ensure no colour spots, even on porous areas**.
Chroma Crème provides upmost care, with smaller caring agents that target the most damaged and porous areas of the hair, while delivering up to 3x more shine***. The rich, creamy and foaming texture ensures a unique experience. Use Blue Chroma Crème in alteration with your regular shampoo and adapt the leave-on time depending on desired degree of neutralization, from 2 to 5 minutes.
How to use: Apply evenly on wet hair. Emulsify. Leave on time depending on the tone and desired degree of neutralisation (from 5 to 15 minutes). Check that all reflects have been neutralised. Rinse thoroughly until all dyes have disappeared.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
