Directions

Before use: Prime the low-dosage pump to allow the oil to fill up the tube. Hold The Frizz Oil at an angle with the pump facing downwards and pump until the product starts flowing. This may take up to 20 pumps.
Best Results: Work 8-10 drops through wet hair and style. Smooth through dry strands after a blowout to banish frizz. Complete the regime with Frizz Fix Shampoo and Conditioner, The Frizz Oil, Styling Cream and Control Clay.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
