The curl activator conditioner, and oil sheen is especially formulated to moisturize, condition and allow growth while helping to prevent split ends and breakage in relaxed hair and cold waves. Leaves your hair soft and curly, tangle-free and with a healthy sheen in only one application.

    For best results use the gel curl activator and our Worlds of Curls Comb-Out spray together.
  1. Spray with our World of Curls Comb-Out, massage thoroughly into the hair and scalp.
  2. Apply a moderate amount of curl activator, massage thoroughly into the hair and scalp.
  3. Comb or pick into desired style.
As a hot oil curl activator, follow steps (1 & 2) then cover the head with hot steaming towels or a heating cap. Wait two or three minutes and style as desired. Also use as a wave activator..
