Membership is free and you'll earn points for activities on our online site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save. You can redeem your earned points online for exclusive rewards: it's as easy as that! How do I join? To join Kiyo Rewards, all you need to do is create an account on kiyobeauty.com and you'll be automatically enrolled. How do I earn points? You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points, see the Earn Points section on your dashboard. How do I view my point balance? Your point balance is on every page in the bottom left corner. How do I redeem my points? Select the tab called Redeem Points on your dashboard. Here you'll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward. Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn? No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can! What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean? Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately. Pending: All points have a 14 day approval period. You will only be able to use these points once they have been verified and the specified time has elapsed. Cancelled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled). What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order? Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account. I completed an activity but didn't earn points! It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. Can I use my points during checkout? Yes, you can now redeem your points directly at checkout! Can I earn/redeem points in stores? The Kiyo Rewards program is currently only for online purchases and you will not be able to earn or redeem points in stores. I have enough points for the next tier. Why did I not advance? Your Kiyo Rewards tier is determined by how many points were earned in the current 12 months! If some of your points were accumulated in the previous 12 months, they will not contribute to your tier advancement. It appears that I went down a tier. Why did that happen? The points you accrue within the last 12 months will determine your tier level for the preceding 12 months. Once your activity accumulates the necessary points for a tier, you will automatically qualify and be entered into that tier. And remember: your redeemable points balance does not need to be 'saved up' to reach a certain tier; you can still spend your points whenever you please! As long as the total points you've accumulated throughout the year meets the tier requirement, you're good to go! If your activity within the year does not accumulate the necessary amount of points to stay in your current tier, your tier level will drop down. I've made a purchase before joining the Kiyo Rewards program. Can I still earn points for my previous transaction? Only purchases made in the last 1 month using a guest account will be eligible to earn points. Do my points expire? Your redeemable points balance will expire if you haven't made a purchase in the last 12 months. This ensures that all of our members are still active in the Kiyo Rewards program. How do I leave the program? If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.
