Directions

Pre-cleanse with the Innersense Organic Beauty Hairbath of your choice. Remove excess moisture, apply mid-length to ends. Feel the healing presence for 5-10 minutes or longer if needed. Rinse thoroughly and follow with Innersense Organic Beauty Conditioner of your choice.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

Are your products gluten-free?
Our products are formulated without gluten and made in an FDA-registered facility, though it’s not Certified Gluten-Free. While we take great care, trace exposure is possible. Some formulas include wheatgrass and oat kernel extract, but our wheatgrass is harvested without gluten-containing seed kernels. If you have sensitivities, we recommend consulting your healthcare provider before use.
My shampoo and conditioner look slightly different from my last bottle. Is that normal?
