Black Friday 2024 Discount and Order Terms & Conditions
- Black Friday discount codes are valid from 29/11/24, 12:00 am (GMT) until 29/11/24, 11:59 pm (GMT).
- Black Friday discount codes are subject to additional terms and conditions and these can be found here.
- To qualify for a Black Friday discount code, you must either sign up for our newsletter or join the official Black Friday waitlist by 27/11/29.
- Discounts cannot be used towards the purchase of digital gift cards.
- Discounts offered are based on purchasing behaviour in the last 12 months. Discount offers are final and may not be changed or adjusted by any other factors.
- You may only redeem one discount code at a time so we advise you to choose the promotion best suited to your purchase.
- Ensure the discount code is applied before completing payment, as codes cannot be added retroactively. For any issues applying a code, please contact us before placing your order.
- We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
- The maximum allowed quantity for any single item is 4 per order. This limit applies to all products, even if not explicitly stated on the product page. If you attempt to purchase more than the allowed quantity, we reserve the right to adjust your order to comply with this policy without prior notice. Orders exceeding the quantity limit may be delayed or canceled.
- Any minimum spend thresholds will apply to the final basket value after the discount and exclude any delivery charges and import taxes.
- Prices and titles are correct at the time of sending e-mail and are subject to availability, while stocks last.
- Due to the volume of orders, we cannot cancel, change, or combine any orders. All orders are final.
- Please ensure that your address is correct, as errors may result in delays to your order.
- Orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped via the lowest-cost option unless otherwise stated.
- Please allow up to 5 days for processing. If we run into any unforeseen delays, we will notify you. Usual delivery times will not apply during promotional periods and/or during industrial action so please expect delays.
- Due to a current shortage, we will not be offering any free samples during the Black Friday period. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
