We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to certain individuals, geographic areas, or jurisdictions, and we may do so on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to limit or discontinue any product at any time.
Offers on products or services made on our site are void where prohibited by law.
Reorder Cooldown & Maximum Quantity Policy
Customers are limited to purchasing a maximum of 4 units of the same product within a 30-day period. If a customer attempts to reorder the same product within this timeframe or exceeds the maximum quantity limit, the order may be automatically blocked or cancelled. This policy applies per customer account, billing/shipping address, and IP address to prevent circumvention. Any orders exceeding the set limit may be manually adjusted or refunded at our discretion.
Ordering
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the items you've ordered are out of stock, we will notify you via email (or another method if no email address is provided) and offer you the option to either wait for the item to be restocked or cancel your order.
When you place an order, it is considered an offer to purchase the goods or services from us. We reserve the right to reject any offer at any time. An automated confirmation of your order does not constitute acceptance of your offer. A contract between us will be formed once we (i) charge your credit card, debit card, or PayPal account, or (ii) dispatch the goods, whichever occurs later.
We will take all reasonable precautions to protect the details of your order and payment. However, unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss if a third party gains unauthorised access to your data when placing an order on our website.
Once your products have been delivered to the address you specified during checkout, the risk of loss or damage passes to you. We are not liable for any issues arising from providing an incorrect delivery address, requesting delivery to a safe place, or failing to collect the products from the designated delivery location.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Dispatch refers to the time it takes us to process, pack, and hand over your order to the shipping carrier. This is separate from the delivery timeframe, which begins once the order has been dispatched.
Delivery estimates provided on our website are for guidance only and are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date. Please note that the shipping method selected at checkout determines the delivery speed only and does not affect our dispatch timeframe.
During peak periods, such as Black Friday, Christmas, or other promotional events, dispatch times may extend to up to 5 working days due to high order volumes.
Order Cut-Off Times:

Orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be scheduled for dispatch on the next working day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be scheduled for dispatch two working days later.
Bank Holidays and other seasonal holidays may impact dispatch times. Orders placed during or just before such periods will be dispatched on the next available working day.
If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering, we will notify you within 5 working days. We may offer an alternative product or provide an estimated restock date where applicable.
For first-time customers, if the shipping address differs from the billing address, we reserve the right to dispatch the order to the billing address for security purposes.
We may also need to verify details with your payment provider prior to dispatch. We will make every reasonable effort to minimise any resulting delays.
We do not offer a next-day delivery service.
Delivery
Delivery will be deemed to have taken place when the goods have been delivered to the delivery address specified by you in your order and you (or someone identified by you) have taken physical possession of the goods.
In all cases, your order will be delivered within 30 days of acceptance, unless we inform you otherwise. If there are significant delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or other third parties, we will notify you as soon as possible. If the delay is substantial, you may cancel your order and request a refund for any undelivered items.
We deliver to the countries listed on our website. However, some products may be restricted or unavailable for certain international destinations. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.
For international deliveries, your order may be subject to customs duties or import taxes once it reaches your country. These charges are beyond our control, and we are not able to predict or cover them. You are responsible for ensuring that your order complies with all local laws and regulations. We will not be held liable if your order is delayed or rejected due to non-compliance.

Delivery costs will always be clearly shown before you confirm your order.
No alternative delivery methods outside of what we offer can be requested.
You own the goods only once we have received payment in full of all sums due (including any delivery charges).
Passing Risk
The responsibility (‘risk’) for the goods remains with us until the goods have been delivered to the delivery address specified by you in your order.
You will assume risk of the products ordered once they have been delivered to the address provided at the time of your order.
Where the goods are signed for, you will bear the risk once the goods are signed for (provided they are signed for by the you or a person identified as authorised by you).
Kiyo Beauty accepts no liability for undelivered parcels where you provide an incorrect or incomplete delivery address and/or fail to collect your order from the delivery address specified following our reasonable efforts to contact you to deal with this.
In the event of an order being lost by a third party which has either been authorised by you to accept the products or a courier commissioned by you to deliver the products, Kiyo Beauty bears no risk once it has been delivered to them.
If you believe that a parcel has been tampered with, it is your responsibility to refuse to sign for the goods (for the avoidance of doubt, a signature for the parcel does not affect your rights of return).
Damaged, Faulty, Incorrect or Missing Items
You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt.
If you believe the goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, incorrect, or you are missing items, you must notify us in writing or by email within 7 days of receiving the goods to be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement. Please always provide photographic evidence where possible.
In cases of significant damage where returning the item may not be practical or necessary, we may be able to process a refund or replacement based on photographic evidence or the outcome of our investigation. Each case will be reviewed individually to determine the most appropriate resolution.

Returns
When you receive your item, you must check it as soon as possible following receipt and always before use.
If the goods are to be rejected, please ensure that a returns authorisation number is obtained before attempting to return any items to us. Kiyo Beauty will not accept any returned goods without prior authorisation.
In cases where the return of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, you are entitled to a full refund and you must notify Kiyo Beauty within 7 days of delivery and return the product to us before the refund can be issued.
To facilitate the return process, please provide photographic evidence of the damage, fault, or incorrect item.
If you’ve received a faulty, damaged, or defective item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us to request a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

Return the Item: Once your return is authorised, we will send you the link to our returns portal to send the item back to us. You will have 14 days to return your item to us.
We will examine the returned product and will notify you of and process your refund within a reasonable period of time and, in any case, within 14 days of the day we confirm to you that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product.
You must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) from Kiyo Beauty before returning any goods. If you do not have a RAN, your return will not be accepted.
Where you wish to return a Product you must either return them in person, post them back to Kiyo Beauty or (only if they are not suitable for posting) allow us to collect them from you.
Where you are returning products pursuant to defect, discrepancy or misdescription then we will pay the costs of postage or collection.
Kiyo Beauty maintains the right to oversee customer cancellations or returns. We may apply administration fees and payment processing charges and have the discretion to decline returns if there is a pattern of repetitive purchasing and returning of goods.
CHANGED MIND/WRONG ITEM ORDERED
In cases where the return is due to an incorrect order from you or to your dissatisfaction (where we are not at fault), you are entitled to a partial refund (full refund of the goods minus delivery fees). However, you must notify Kiyo Beauty within 7 days of receiving the goods. If 7 days have passed since the delivery of your goods, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to Kiyo Beauty.
Cancellations (UK)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract and request a full refund, including the cost of the goods and any standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving your order.
To cancel your order, please notify us in writing or via email within these 14 days, providing your order details. Once we have received your cancellation request, you must return the goods to us within 14 days, ensuring the products are in their original condition and packaging.
We will refund the cost of standard delivery (the basic shipping charge) along with the cost of the goods. If you opted for a more expensive delivery method, such as express. expedited or premium delivery, the additional delivery charge will not be refunded.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
You must return the goods in the same condition as received. If the goods have been used in a manner exceeding what is necessary to examine their condition (as would be reasonable in a retail store), we reserve the right to deduct an amount reflecting any reduction in value caused by such usage.
If sending by post, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage, as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in transit unless we have agreed the returns via our portal.
Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return.
If we issue a refund before we have inspected the returned goods and later determine that the goods have been handled in an unacceptable manner, we will require you to reimburse the appropriate amount reflecting the decrease in value of the goods.

Only once the parcel arrives back to our facility and is checked-in will a refund for the purchase price of the products minus the shipping cost be issued. You may be responsible for return shipping fees.
Unless the order is returned back to our warehouse in an undamaged and resalable condition, we cannot issue a refund. We cannot be held responsible for delays and transit times if your parcel is being returned to sender.
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect or incomplete, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped. We cannot be held responsible for any:

If you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind.
Refunds for returns that have been "return to sender" owing to any reason such as Unclaimed ,Denied Due to Customs Charges, Incomplete/Insufficient Address, Undeliverable as Addressed, Prohibited Import / Denied Entry by Customs or Refused by customer will be issued for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If your parcel is returned to our facility and we are charged a fee to receive the order back, the amount we are required to pay will be deducted from your total refund. If the amount we are charged is greater than the refund amount of the purchase price, no refund will be issued for the order.
Damaged, Lost, Missing, Denial of Receipt
If a refund is for any damaged, missing or lost parcels, the refund will not take place before the shippers provide us their feedback of the investigation. If a refund is based on a faulty product which covers a manufacturer’s warranty, the refund will not take place before getting a feedback from the manufacturer.
If you do not return damaged or faulty goods within 14 days of your notice of cancellation, you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point a new purchase contract will be made and you will be charged for your order at the price set out on the website.
We will only refund the postage costs for returning an item where: we sent you the wrong item, or the item is damaged or faulty; or where you are returning a substitute or replacement item which you do not want to keep. In any case, you must obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
We will not refund the return postage for items found to be in good working order.

Billing and Accounts
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Optional Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
