We are on the hunt for a talented and self-motivated TikTok Content Creator to join our team remotely and help us make waves on the TikTok platform. In this role, you will be in charge of crafting and producing compelling content that resonates with our target audience and bolsters brand recognition.

This role is perfect for you if you have naturally curly hair and are enthusiastic, creative, and passionate about haircare! You must be an avid creator and consumer of TikTok content and feel comfortable being in front of the camera. You should be knowledgeable about the latest TikTok trends and confident in your ability to plan, film, and execute new exciting ideas. Experience with video editing within the TikTok app is required, and any additional editing skills would be a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ideate, plan, and produce innovative TikTok content strategies to elevate brand engagement and visibility
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with brand messaging and objectives
  • Monitor performance metrics, and adjust content approaches as necessary to optimise results
  • Stay abreast of TikTok trends, incorporating them into content to ensure it stays relevant
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other influencers, creators, and brands to increase reach and forge collaborative opportunities
  • Manage content calendar to ensure consistent and timely posting on TikTok

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a TikTok Content Creator with an active and engaged following
  • Exceptional creativity, storytelling prowess, and attention to detail
  • Comprehensive understanding of the TikTok platform and its features
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret performance metrics and make informed decisions based on data
  • Comfortable working remotely and in a self-driven environment
