Directions

  1. Wet hair thoroughly and apply a generous amount of product directly to the scalp.
  2. Massage gently but thoroughly to clear dirt and product buildup.
  3. Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.
  4. Follow with Curlsmith Post-Biotic Calming Conditioner to detangle and boost shine and color vibrancy.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

FAQs

Is this shampoo color safe?
All Curlsmith products are colour safe and do not contain harsh ingredients. It may cuase colour to fade quicker but it won't strip the colour. We suggest using this every 5-6 washes.
Does the detox shampoo remove chlorine?
The Miracle Shield will be the best product to protect your hair against Chlorine. The Detox Shampoo helps remove built up products and excess oil. The new Curl Reset Detox Shampoo also helps remove excess hard water build up!
How is this different from the other detox shampoo?
This product can be used exactly the same as the previous Detox Shampoo, it's best to use every 4-5 washes :) It is an upgraded formula so it now helps with removing hard water minerals alongside product buildup and dirt.
