ReFlex™Curl Styling Serum - FRAGRANCE FREE was created to bring flexible hold to your curly and wavy styles without sacrificing the “bounce” of your curls. The silky, lightweight liquid styler provides just enough slip to glide through every twist and turn of your tresses, while adding definition and increasing curl elasticity for those bounce back curls you've been waiting to unleash. Botanical extracts help provide shine and smooth texture to showcase your curls, while a coconut water and aloe juice infusion delivers moisture to thirsty curls, keeping them rejuvenated throughout the day.

Directions:

After cleansing and conditioning

  1. separate soaking wet hair into 5 parts (4 quadrants of the head and the crown of the head),
  2. while hair is still soaking wet, distribute product through each section of hair, starting with the ends of the hair and working to the roots of the hair,
  3. style as desired,
  4. allow hair to air dry,
  5. (optional) for more volume, scrunch out hair while it is still wet.

  • UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

If your order contains restricted items, we may:

  • Remove the affected item(s) from your order,
  • Contact you with alternative shipping options, or
  • Cancel and refund the affected item(s) where necessary.

UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

  • Aerosols
  • Perfumes or aftershaves
  • Nail polish

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:

  • Change the shipping method,
  • Remove restricted items from the order, or
  • Cancel and refund the affected item(s).

Any refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
