Overview

Kiyo Rewards (referred to as the "Loyalty Programme", "Kiyo Rewards", or simply "Rewards") is our way of saying thank you to our amazing community. The programme is designed to reward customers for shopping with us online at www.kiyobeauty.com.

Eligibility

Kiyo Rewards is available exclusively to individual customers shopping for personal use. It is not open to businesses, organisations, or individuals purchasing for commercial or resale purposes.
Any account found to be using the programme for non-personal, commercial activities will be removed and permanently blocked from further participation without notice.

Earning Points

To earn points, you must be enrolled in the Kiyo Rewards Loyalty Programme and logged into your Kiyo Beauty account at the time of purchase or action. Points are awarded only for eligible purchases and activities completed through our website.

  • Points will be credited to your account only after your order has shipped.
  • Activities must be performed while logged in, or via direct participation in official Kiyo Beauty communications (e.g., emails).
  • Points cannot be earned on gift card payments, shipping fees, or taxes.

Fair Use & Conduct

By joining Kiyo Rewards, you agree to use the program in good faith and for its intended purpose. Abuse or manipulation of the program, including but not limited to:

  • Accruing or redeeming points fraudulently
  • Tampering with the platform
  • Using multiple accounts or other illegitimate methods to earn rewards
  • Exploiting the program in any way not intended by Kiyo Rewards

…may result in forfeiture of points, removal from the program, or permanent account suspension.

Kiyo Beauty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to review, verify, withhold, or revoke any points, rewards, or discounts, and to cancel orders without notice and without obligation to provide a reason, if activity is deemed suspicious or in violation of this policy.

By participating in the Kiyo Beauty Rewards programme, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Points

Points will be awarded to your account for every £1 spent on purchases. The points calculation is based on the total paid minus shipping. When products are returned for a refund to the original payment method, points will be deducted from your account for the amount of return net of taxes, when the product(s) is/are received and return is processed at our warehouse (note: your account may have a negative balance if the amount returned is greater than your current redeemable point balance).

You will also receive points for engaging in the Qualified Activities listed below and on the  Earn Points section of the dashboard in accordance with the time frames provided below and on the Rewards page on the site.

  • Refer a friend
  • Happy Birthday
  • Follow us on Instagram
  • Like us on Facebook

All points have a 14 day approval period.  You will only be able to use these points once the specified time has elapsed. 

You can view your point balance at any time by logging into your account and visiting the Kiyo Rewards dashboard. 

Rewards

Rewards, benefits and points earned through the program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other program benefits.

Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product or a monetary refund.

Coupon codes generated from Loyalty Rewards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts. Please refer to our Promotional Codes Terms & Conditions

Member Levels (Tiers)

There are four (4) levels within the Program which are determined by the number of points that you accumulate based on the last 12 months (via spend and non-spend qualifying activities) in your account. By creating an account, you will be automatically enrolled in the Program at the Bronze Level and once placed in a tier this way you will remain in that tier for at least 12 months.

Once you reach a specific member level within the program, you may receive exclusive benefits that are only available to members at that member level. The points accrued in the last 12 months will determine the measure of your member level within the program for the preceding 12 months. Once points accumulated meet or exceed the membership level point requirements, you will automatically qualify and be entered into that membership level regardless of your "redeemable points balance."

Your Redeemable Points are the number of points you have available to redeem rewards. This number decreases with each reward you redeem, and will increase with the completion of qualified activities. Your Redeemable Points will also decrease should you issue a return on any given purchase.

Guest accounts

Only purchases made within the last 1 month using a guest account will be eligible to earn points.This ensures a sustainable, fair, consistent loyalty program for all our customers.

Refer-a-Friend 

By participating in the Kiyo Beauty Refer-a-Friend Program, you agree to use the program in good faith and in line with its intended purpose. Any abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent activity may result in the removal of points or rewards, suspension from the program, or termination of your Kiyo Beauty account.

Eligibility

Participation is open to registered Kiyo Beauty customers with a valid account. Referral rewards are only available for genuine new customers who have not previously made a purchase with Kiyo Beauty.

How Referrals Work

Referrer:

You may refer a friend by sharing your unique referral link with someone who has not previously purchased from Kiyo Beauty. Referral rewards are only issued once the referred friend completes their first purchase using the referral link.

Referred Friend:

The referred friend must be a new customer with no prior purchase history on the Kiyo Beauty website.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are not permitted and will be considered abuse of the program:

  • Creating multiple accounts using different email addresses or other identifying information to earn rewards more than once
  • Referring yourself or members of your household
  • Using shared payment methods, devices, or delivery addresses to generate referral rewards
  • Using false, misleading, or deceptive methods to earn referral credits
  • Tampering with or attempting to exploit the referral or rewards system

Points, Rewards & Verification

Referral points and rewards may only be earned through legitimate referrals that comply with these terms. Kiyo Beauty reserves the right to review and verify all referrals and related purchases and may withhold or revoke any points, rewards, or discounts where a breach is identified.

Disqualification & Changes

Any attempt to exploit the program or breach these terms may result in disqualification, forfeiture of rewards, and suspension or termination of your Kiyo Beauty account.

Kiyo Beauty reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Refer-a-Friend Program at any time without notice. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

By participating in the Kiyo Beauty Refer-a-Friend Program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

Withdrawal and expiry

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Your redeemable points balance will expire if you haven't made a purchase in the last 12 months. This ensures that all of our members are still active in the Kiyo Rewards program.

Double Points Days

"Double Points Days" apply exclusively to the dates mentioned in each promotional campaign. These events commence at the moment the promotion is announced and conclude at midnight on the final date specified in the promotion. Unfortunately, points cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders.

Non-Personal or Commercial Use

The Kiyo Rewards Loyalty Programme is intended for personal use only. Any account found to be using the programme for commercial purposes—including but not limited to bulk purchasing, purchasing for resale, or using automated tools or multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage—may be deemed in breach of these terms.

Kiyo Beauty reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether an account’s activity suggests non-personal or commercial use. Indicators may include, but not limited to:

  • Orders placed using a business or trading address
  • Use of a commercial or corporate email domain (e.g. @companyname.com)
  • Repeated high-volume or high-frequency orders inconsistent with normal consumer patterns
  • Orders associated with known resellers or third-party marketplaces
  • Multiple accounts or coordinated activity to exploit reward benefits

Any such accounts will be removed from the Loyalty Programme and permanently blocked from further participation without notice.
