How will my loyalty points be affected during the Black Friday sale?
You’ll still earn loyalty points on Black Friday purchases. However, points and vouchers can’t be redeemed at checkout during the sale.
Can I use a gift card and a coupon code?
Yes, you can definitely use both a gift card and a coupon code on the same order. Gift cards are treated as an additional payment method, just like credit or debit cards. However, please note that purchasing a gift card is excluded from sales or promotions unless specifically stated otherwise.
When you're ready to check out, simply enter your gift card code first and click "apply," then enter your coupon code and click "apply" again.
Can I use the discount in-store?
Unfortunately, no—our Black Friday deals are exclusively online only.
What if a product sells out?
Due to limited stock, we recommend shopping as soon as the sale starts. If something sells out, you can join our restock alerts for updates but the Black Friday discount code will no longer be available.
Is UK free shipping available during the Black Friday sale?
