Black Friday 2025 Promotional Terms

Our Black Friday Promotion forms part of and must be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service here

  1. Black Friday discounts are automatically applied at checkout and are valid until 30/11/25, 11:59 pm (GMT).

  2. Black Friday promotions (e.g., 20% off, 30% off) may be combined; however, only one promotional offer can be applied per order. Other promotions, such as new customer discounts, affiliate codes, and loyalty rewards vouchers, cannot be used in conjunction with a Black Friday promotion. We therefore recommend selecting the promotion that best suits your purchase.

  3. If an alternative discount code is entered at checkout, our system will automatically apply the offer that provides the greater discount.

  4. Promotional offers and codes are subject to additional terms and conditions, and these can be found here.

  5. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

  6. The maximum allowed quantity for any single item is 4 per order. This limit applies to all products, even if not explicitly stated on the product page. If you attempt to purchase more than the allowed quantity, we reserve the right to adjust your order to comply with this policy without prior notice. Orders exceeding the quantity limit may be delayed or cancelled.

  7. Any minimum spend thresholds will apply to the final basket value after the discount and exclude any delivery charges and import taxes.

  8. All prices and product titles are correct at the time of publication and are subject to availability, while stocks last.

  9. Due to the volume of orders, we cannot cancel, change, or combine any orders. All orders are final. 

  10. Please ensure that your address is correct, as errors may result in delays to your order.

  11. Orders eligible for free shipping will be shipped via the lowest-cost option unless otherwise stated.

  12. Please allow up to 5 days for processing. If we run into any unforeseen delays, we will notify you. Usual delivery times will not apply during promotional periods and/or during industrial action so please expect delays.

  13. Due to a current shortage, we will not be offering any free samples during the Black Friday period.
