A dual-ended eyebrow tool consisting of a retractable eyebrow pencil on one end and a mini waterproof eyebrow pomade and a brush on the other end. This all-in-one tool effortlessly defines and fills eyebrows for polished arches.

Outline eyebrows with the pencil. Dip the brush into the pomade, dabbing any excess away. Apply and gently blend pomade on eyebrows. Fill in any gaps for full, polished arches.
