Directions
The KurlsPlus Paddle Comb is the universal detangling tool that's made for curls, kinks, and coils, but works for all hair types. The unique design allows for your curls to gently slide through, minimizing breakage while also stimulating your scalp. To increase manageability, the paddle comb comes equipped with two comfort grips - a convenient thumb rest right above the handle or you can grip it by the head as it is designed to fit within the palm of your hand. On the tip of the handle is a sectioning tip that allows you to section your hair and detangle all with one tool. When detangling, always start at the ends and work your way up to the root of your hair. Once you are all done, you'll find that the KurlsPlus Paddle Comb is easy to clean. - During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:
Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order
Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

- Nail polish
If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
- Change the shipping method,
- Remove restricted items from the order, or
- Cancel and refund the affected item(s).
