- Tie hair into a pony and gel back any loose bits of hair
- Tie the hair piece around your pony
- Separate the shorter synthetic hair piece from the longer ones
- Split your hair into 3 sections and braid it with the synthetic hair
- Secure braid with clear elastic
- Comb through the shorter piece and wraparound pony
- Secure with grips
Care Instructions:
Wash with hair extensions shampoo and conditioner and leave to dry naturally. Store in satin storage bag to avoid tangling. Use a soft bristle brush when brushing/detangling. Heat resistant up to 180 degrees.

- During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
