Care & Maintenance Tips
- Finger Detangling Only: To preserve the tight curl pattern, avoid using brushes. Gently separate and detangle curls with your fingers or a very wide-tooth comb
- Cool Water Wash: Use a mild, synthetic-safe shampoo and cool water. Dip the hair in and out rather than scrubbing to prevent matting.
- Air Dry: Always allow the clips to air dry completely on a flat surface or a wig stand. High heat from blow dryers can permanently damage synthetic fibers.
- Low-Heat Styling: If using heat tools, ensure they are set to a low temperature (below 180°C) and always perform a strand test first

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
