How to use
Apply after a Blondor lightening service, directly at the basin.
For Express Toning:
- Mix 1:2 with 1.9% Welloxon Perfect Pastel
- Ideal for fast neutralisation of warm tones and blended blonde results
For Base Breaking & Toning:
- Mix 1:2 with 4% Welloxon Perfect Developer
- Gently lifts natural roots while toning lengths and ends
