How to Use
- Preparation: Start with clean, detangled natural hair. To prevent scalp irritation, some users recommend soaking the synthetic hair in an apple cider vinegar and warm water mix for 30 minutes, then rinsing and air-drying before use.
- Sectioning: Part your hair into your desired pattern (e.g., for box braids, knotless braids, or cornrows).
- Installation: Anchor the fibre at the root and braid with steady tension. Because it is pre-stretched, you can feed in the hair easily for "knotless" styles to achieve a flatter, more natural appearance.
- Sealing: Once the braids are complete, dip the ends in hot water (not boiling) for a few seconds to seal them and remove any frizz.
- Finishing: Apply a styling mousse to the body of the braids and wrap with a scarf for 10–15 minutes to lay down flyaways.
Maintenance
- Nightly Protection: Always wrap your braids in a silk or satin scarf or bonnet before bed to reduce friction, which prevents frizz and prolongs the style.
- Scalp Care: Keep your scalp hydrated by applying a light oil (like jojoba or avocado oil) or a specialized scalp spray to prevent itchiness and dryness.
- Washing: You can wash braids every 2–3 weeks. Use a diluted sulfate-free shampooor a foam cleanser, focusing on the scalp to avoid heavy manipulation of the braids themselves.
- Refreshing the Style: If the ends look dull or matted after a few weeks, you can re-dip them in hot water to restore their smoothness.
- Moisturising: Lightly spritz the braids with a water-based leave-in conditioner to keep your natural hair underneath moisturised.

- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
