How to Use

  1. Prep: Start with clean, detangled, and moisturized natural hair.
  2. Section & Braid: Separate the bundles and begin braiding. Because it’s pre-stretched, the ends will naturally taper for a sleek, realistic look
  3. Finish: Once you reach the desired length, dip the ends in hot water (be careful!) for 15–30 seconds to seal them and remove any frizz

Maintenance & Care

  • Nightly Routine: Always wrap your braids in a silk or satin scarf (or use a bonnet) before bed to keep them smooth and prevent frizz.
  • Scalp Care: Apply a light oil or braid spray to your scalp a few times a week to keep it hydrated.
  • Refresh: If the braids look a little dull, apply a bit of braid mousse and tie them down for 15 minutes to set the flyaways back into place 1.4.4.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

If your order contains restricted items, we may:

UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:

  • Change the shipping method,
