How to Use

1. Soak the feet in warm water for at least three minutes to soften the calluses.
2. Dry the feet thoroughly.
3. Put on protective gloves.
4. Apply the gel carefully to rough, calloused areas only.
5. Leave it on for two to three minutes. Do not exceed the recommended time.
6. Gently rub the area or use a suitable foot file to remove loosened dead skin.
7. Wash the feet thoroughly with soap and water to remove all remaining gel.
8. Dry the feet and apply a moisturising foot cream if desired.
