PERK UP DRY SHAMPOO: perk it up! this talc-free dry shampoo absorbs oil, reduces odor, and gives hair a freshly washed look without a trace of white residue, all while restoring 'oomph'.
Directions
NORMCORE SIGNATURE SHAMPOO:
- wet hair and massage from roots to ends.
- rinse and follow with normcore signature conditioner or soulfood nourishing mask.
SOULFOOD NOURISHING MASK:
- use either as a weekly treatment or an everyday conditioner after the amika shampoo of your choice.
- leave to penetrate for 5 to 7 minutes and rinse
for high porosity hair in need of extra moisture, use this as an everyday conditioner. for normal or low porosity hair, use as a weekly treatment.

- During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:
Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order
Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
- Change the shipping method,
- Remove restricted items from the order, or
- Cancel and refund the affected item(s).
