The Two-Step Protein Treatment is a professional-strength system designed to reinforce and support the structure of chemically treated or over-processed hair. This targeted treatment helps improve manageability, enhance resilience, and support longer-lasting colour results.

Ideal for hair that: 

  • Has been lightened, coloured, or chemically treated
  • Shows reduced strength or elasticity
  • Does not retain colour as effectively as desired
  • Requires added support before or after chemical services

When used prior to colouring, this treatment helps support improved colour retention and more even results.

Step 2 Essential

For optimal results, follow with the Balancing Moisturizer (sold separately) to restore moisture balance, softness, and flexibility.

How to use

  • Shake well before use
  • Cleanse hair thoroughly, then towel dry
  • Apply evenly, ensuring full saturation
  • Leave hair uncovered and dry using moderate heat with airflow
  • Avoid manipulating hair while drying
  • Once fully dried, rinse thoroughly with warm water
  • Apply Balancing Moisturizer, leave for 2 minutes, then rinse
  • Style as desired

  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in London, United Kingdom.
  • Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
  • During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
  • UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

Some products cannot be shipped internationally due to courier, customs, or aviation restrictions.

  • Bleaching or chemical lightening products
  • Certain alcohol-based or flammable beauty products
  • Some liquid cosmetics to selected EU destinations, including makeup and face creams
  • Electrical beauty devices, including:
  • Hair dryers
  • Straighteners
  • Trimmers

If your order contains restricted items, we may:

  • Remove the affected item(s) from your order,
  • Contact you with alternative shipping options, or
  • Cancel and refund the affected item(s) where necessary.

UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

  • Aerosols
  • Perfumes or aftershaves
  • Nail polish

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:

  • Change the shipping method,
  • Remove restricted items from the order, or
  • Cancel and refund the affected item(s).

Any refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
