What will it do for my hair?

Refresh dry, thirsty natural hair with Aunt Jackie’s new Flaxseed hair milk recipe. Formulated with nourishing Coconut Milk, Avocado and Marshmallow Root, this hydrating remedy not only moisturizes, but helps detangle and soften.

Rich in Omega fatty acids, Flaxseed is widely used to help prevent thinning & shedding, and for improving hair’s health, overall. Go ahead… give your hair a drink!

Great for use on hair types 1a-4c, and as an excellent moisture therapy for protective styling.

Instructions

Use as often as you shampoo & condition hair. On clean & conditioned damp hair, lightly saturate hair with Half & Half Hydrating Silkening Hair Milk. Using a wide tooth comb, starting with the ends of hair and working upward toward the roots, gently comb through hair. Do not pull through tangles. Apply more to especially tangled or knotted areas, as needed, and continue to comb through. Style as usual.

For optimal use, clean hair with Aunt Jackie's Sulfate-Free Purify Me Co-Wash Cleanser, and then repairing damaged hair with Fix My Hair Intensive Repair Conditioning Hair Masque.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

If your order contains restricted items, we may:

UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

  • Perfumes or aftershaves
  • Nail polish

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:

  • Change the shipping method,
  • Remove restricted items from the order, or
  • Cancel and refund the affected item(s).
