How to Apply
On a Sunbed
Apply evenly over the body within 10 minutes of your session.
While Sunbathing Outdoors
- Apply sunscreen at least 20 minutes before sun exposure.
- Layer Hot! immediately before sun exposure.
- Reapply sunscreen (and Hot! if desired) every 2 hours, or more often when swimming, sweating, or towel-drying.
