Defining Butta is a product specifically designed for Kinky-Coily Type 4a-4c hair OR really thick hair. It is used for twist outs, wash & gos or protective hairstyles. It is a moisturizing hair butta cream with light-medium hold. A great 2-in-1 product! It is Infused with top-of-the-line oils & butters such as murumuru butter, baobab oil, broccoli seed oil, mango butter & more.

Bounce Curl Defining Butta is enriched with some of the world's finests butters & oils such as Murumuru butter & Baobab oil. Oils like Baobab will nourish & create soft tresses. Shea butter & Castor seed oil will help seal in the moisture to define tresses.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
