Nowadays, knowingly, or unknowingly, we put our hair through a lot. From the hard water and pollution to product build-up and heat damage. This in itself is enough to put the health of your hair in a downward spiral. Build-up weighs your hair down on a molecular level. But more importantly. It prevents key ingredients from penetrating the cuticles to nourish and replenish from the inside out.

We formulated the build-up be gone shampoo significantly differently to a normal day-to-day shampoo. Cleansing deeply it is designed to be used once or twice a month, removing both environmental and product buildup. Basically, it’s like a skin exfoliator, but for your hair.

Once cleansed hair will feel lighter, and styles will last longer. The real benefit of adding this to your haircare routine: The products you invest in for your hair will work better. Also if you use before a colour service, it will make the colour last longer and feel even more vibrant.

Directions

Firstly, build-up weighs hair down, preventing it from feeling light and from styles lasting. It also stops the good ingredients from entering the hair shaft. This shampoo exfoliates and cleanses the hair and should be used a couple of times a month. We don’t recommend using this shampoo directly after a new colour, as it can lift. However, when using before a colour treatment, it’s amazing, as it allows the colour pigments to properly enter through the cuticles. Use a generous amount of product and cleanse your hair from ends to root. Simply work the shampoo through the hair (no need to massage) and rinse. Repeat this 2-3 times, depending on build-up. Finish by using The Hair Movement conditioner which best suits your hair type and condition.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
