Directions
Option 1: Prior to shampooing, part hair in sections and apply to scalp, massage in. Let in for 15 to 20 min. Rinse. Shampoo and deep condition hair.
Option 2: Apply to scalp after shampooing. Apply a deep conditioner to length of hair. Let it sit for as long as you normally deep condition. Rinse, then style as usual.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
