Gentle moisturising shampoo
Curly hair needs gentle cleansers that don't strip away natural oils, but not all hair types like co-washing. If your hair is fine or greasy using a co-wash may actually weigh it down and make it look flat. That's when our Vivid Tones Shampoo comes in! This cleanser will look and foam like a traditional shampoo, but it contains much gentler ingredients that will not dry curls out, so it is suitable for frequent washes and colour safe. It is also enriched with ingredients that help remove dulling particles from the hair and make the colour more rich and vibrant.
WHO IS IT FOR?
All curl types, and even straight hair! Suitable for any hair thickness or porosity.
Directions
- Wet your hair thoroughly, then dispense a generous blob of product on your palms and apply directly to the scalp.
- Massage gently but vigorously to clear the scalp and melt down all dirt and product buildup.
- Rinse thoroughly until water runs clear.
- Follow with the Curlsmith Glow Perfecting Conditioner to detangle, boost shine and colour vibrancy.

- During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:
Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order
Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

- Perfumes or aftershaves
- Nail polish
If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
- Change the shipping method,
- Remove restricted items from the order, or
- Cancel and refund the affected item(s).
