Complete kit that provides everything you need for a successful wash day with defined, bouncy curls.
If you're looking for a quick and easy curl routine that doesn't involve a million step, this kit is made for you. It contains only 3 products, but it covers all the basics you need for a successful wash day: Cowash to cleanse and condition, Reactivator to moisturize and Soufflé to style. You can also use the Reactivator to refresh your hair in between washes, in order to keep your curls looking great without having to go through a full wash & go. It's a lazy curl's best friend!
WHO IS IT FOR? All curl types! Particularly beneficial for low-maintenance people who want an easy-to-follow, quick routine. Suitable for any hair texture or porosity. *Actual box graphics may vary
Step 1: Apply a generous blob of Curl Quenching Conditioning Wash into wet hair. Massage gently but vigorously to clear the scalp and melt down all dirt and product buildup.
Step 2: Add some more Conditioning Wash to your lengths and gently detangle using your fingers, a brush or a wide tooth comb. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes and then rinse off.
Step 3: Spray the Moisture Memory Reactivator on wet hair after the shower. Divide hair into sections, rake and smooth through to ensure all strands are coated evenly. Do not rinse out.
Step 4: Use the Curl Defining Styling Soufflé on soaking wet hair. Take a dime sized amount per hair section. Rub it between your palms. Smooth down the length of the hair using the “praying hands” method. Scrunch gently upwards, then air dry or diffuse. When fully dry, scrunch again to break the cast and reveal soft, bouncy curls.

- Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

If your order contains restricted items, we may:

UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)
The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:
Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order
Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:
- Aerosols
- Perfumes or aftershaves
- Nail polish
If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
- Change the shipping method,
- Remove restricted items from the order, or
- Cancel and refund the affected item(s).
Any refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
