How To Use 

Wash & Go

  1. After shampooing and conditioning, section hair, apply Honey Curl Forming Custard to each section and comb through.
  2. Allow curls to form and air dry or lightly diffuse to set curls.

Twist Sets

  1. After shampooing and conditioning, section hair, apply Honey Curl Forming Custard on to each section.
  2. Comb through and proceed to twist set (2-strand twist, flat twist, bantu knots) or flexi-rod set.
  3. Sit under hooded dryer to 50% dry or air dry completely.

  • UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
