How to Use

  1. After shampooing with Fanola Nourishing Restructuring Shampoo, gently towel-dry your hair to remove excess water.
  2. Apply an even amount of the mask from mid-lengths to the ends.
  3. Use a wide-tooth comb to ensure the product is evenly distributed across all strands.
  4. Leave the treatment to process for 5 minutes. For an even deeper treatment, you can leave it for up to 10 minutes.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
