How to Use

  1. Start with towel-dried hair and apply your preferred heat protection product.
  2. Section the hair into manageable parts.
  3. Using a hairdryer, direct heat onto the brush while wrapping a section of hair around the barrel.
  4. Slowly pull the brush through the hair while continuing to apply heat.
  5. For added volume, lift the hair at the roots and roll the brush upwards while drying.
  6. For curls or waves, wrap hair around the barrel and hold briefly before releasing.
  7. Allow hair to cool before brushing through or styling further.

Care Instructions
Remove loose hair from the brush after each use. Clean regularly with warm water and mild soap if required, and allow to dry thoroughly before storing.

  • UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
  • International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

If your order contains restricted items, we may:

UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:

  • Change the shipping method,
