How do I use Glaze x Teleties with my Glaze Supergloss treatment?
The Glaze x Teleties are ideal for use with your Supergloss routine! Simply apply Glaze Supergloss to your hair, then use a Teletie to secure it in a bun while you wait for the 10-minute treatment time. Once the time’s up, remove the Teletie, rinse out your Supergloss, and enjoy beautifully glossy, healthy hair. These Teleties are washable, so they’re easy to clean after use, keeping them fresh for your next treatment.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
