How to Use
- For Colour or Lightening: Prepare your chosen colour or bleach mixture as usual. Add the Protection Serum to the ready-mixed mass according to the specific mixing ratios (typically 1 pump per 30-60ml of mixture). Mix thoroughly and apply as normal.
- For Perming: After the neutraliser has processed, rinse it out and towel-dry the hair. Apply a mixture of the Protection Serum and water to the hair, or add it to the neutraliser if specified by the treatment protocol.
- Post-Treatment: Always follow with Goldwell System Bondpro Nourishing Fortifier no.2 to stabilise the bonds and seal the cuticle for optimal results.

Returns

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
