Directions for Use:

  1. Prep the natural nail: sanitize, push back cuticles, shape, and lightly buff the surface.

  2. Select the correct Halo Jellie Soft Gel Tip.

  3. Paint a thin layer of Halo Jellie Brush-On Glue onto the contact area of the tip.

  4. Place the tip onto the nail plate at a tilted angle, positioning the cuticle area first.

  5. Slowly press the remainder of the tip down, ensuring a perfect fit with no air bubbles.

  6. Hold the tip in place and flash cure using a Halo Flash Cure Lamp or Smart Lamp Pro.

  7. Once cured, proceed with Halo Jellie Glue to build and finish the extension if required.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
