Directions for Use:

Nail Preparation:

  1. Sanitize hands and prep the natural nail: push back cuticles, shape, and lightly buff.

  2. Cleanse nails with Halo Prep & Scrub and apply dehydrator if needed.

Tip Application:

  1. Select the correct size of Halo Jellie Soft Gel Tip.

  2. Apply a thin layer of Halo Jellie Brush-On Glue to the natural nail.

  3. Place the tip and flash cure for a few seconds to secure.

Tip Build:

  1. Apply Halo Jellie Glue over the nail and tip, filling gaps and imperfections.

  2. Shape and smooth the gel using a brush.

  3. Cure under the Halo Mini Dual Cure UV/LED Lamp until fully hardened.

Finishing:

  1. File and shape the nail to the desired length and style.

  2. Apply your favourite Halo Gel Polish or top coat and cure.

  3. Maintain and remove according to professional soak-off gel guidelines.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request aĀ returns authorisation number (RAN).Ā Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.Ā 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.Ā 

WeĀ do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
