Directions

 

Shampoo hair with Hydratherma Naturals shampoo of choice. Gently towel blot hair and saturate hair with conditioner from root to tip. Cover head with plastic cap and use our Cordless Heating Cap / Hair Therapy Wrap. You may also sit under a warm dryer for 10-20 minutes, comb through with a wide tooth comb to remove tangles then rinse with water. For best results, alternate the Hydratherma Naturals, Amino Plus Protein Deep Conditioning Treatment with Hydratherma Naturals, Moisture Boosting Deep Conditioner weekly to maintain a great balance of moisture and protein in the hair. Great for all hair types.   **For extreme deep conditioning, apply the Hydratherma Naturals Hair Growth Oil to the hair / scalp along with the deep conditioner. Cover with plastic cap and then deep condition with heat.

Returns

You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.

If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund. 

Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order. 

We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
