This clean, gentle shampoo is hypoallergenic and fragrance-free to provide a super kind hair and scalp cleanse for those with sensitive skin. Formulated with powerful plant-based ingredients, Comfrey Leaf and Japanese Swertia, it contains anti-inflammatory properties for a seriously soothing, calming effect to the skin. Chufa Milk, a plant extract packed with fortifying amino acids, supplies moisture, promotes elasticity and brings antioxidant benefits to the hair and scalp.
Clarity Hairbath works across all hair types and textures. It’s made with those who have allergies and sensitivities in mind and is soy-free, lactose-free, gluten-free and free of essential oils.
Directions
Take a deep breath and become centered. Apply a small amount of Hairbath into your hands and emulsify into a light lather. With fingertips, massage it into your scalp and hair. Rinse thoroughly.

- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in London, United Kingdom.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)
The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:
Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order
Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:

- Perfumes or aftershaves
- Nail polish
If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
- Change the shipping method,
- Remove restricted items from the order, or
- Cancel and refund the affected item(s).
