How to use:
- Use exclusively with the recommended Diactivateurs 6 vol. (1.8%), 9 vol. (2.7%) or 15 vol. (4.5%) maximum. Do not use with hydrogen peroxide greater than 15 vol. (5.7%). For each application, mix the Dia color cream and the developer (mix 1+1.5). Mix with a whisk or a bottle until a homogeneous texture is obtained.
- Wear appropriate single-use gloves. Do not use metallic objects (clips, combs...). 1st application: on dry, unwashed hair, apply with a bowl & brush or a bottle on the roots, lengths and tips. Development time: 20 minutes. Subsequent applications: apply the mixture only to the roots and leave on for 15 minutes. Then apply to the lengths and ends and leave for 5 minutes. In some cases, refreshing with a simple emulsion is sufficient.
- After the development time, emulsify carefully for a few minutes. Rinse well until the water is clear. Finish with Metal Detox shampoo.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
