Colour results vary according to the starting shade, natural undertone, hair condition, porosity, previous chemical treatments and developer strength. Perform a strand test before application.

How to Use

1. Perform an allergy alert test 48 hours before every application.
2. Wear suitable disposable gloves.
3. Measure 2.4 fl oz (approximately 71ml) of L'Oréal Oreor 30 or 40 Volume Crème Developer into a non-metallic bowl or shaker. Select the developer according to the required degree of lift.
4. Add the entire 34g tube of L'Oréal Excellence HiColor HiLights.
5. Mix thoroughly until the consistency is smooth and creamy.
6. Apply immediately to dry, unwashed hair.
7. Saturate the selected sections using foils, a balayage technique, a frosting cap or another suitable non-metallic application method.
8. Process for 30 minutes at room temperature.
9. Rinse thoroughly with warm water until the water runs clear, then shampoo and condition.

For relaxed hair, use only 20 Volume Developer and wait at least 14 days after relaxing before applying colour. Always follow the instructions supplied with the product. Developer is sold separately.

This product is not intended for anyone under 16 years of age. Temporary black henna tattoos may increase the risk of an allergic reaction. Do not colour the hair if there is a facial rash, a sensitive, irritated or damaged scalp, or a history of reactions to hair colour or temporary black henna tattoos.

Wear suitable disposable gloves during mixing, application and rinsing. Avoid contact with the eyes and skin. If the product enters the eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly. Do not use to colour eyelashes or eyebrows. Do not use over compound henna or progressive colour. Wait at least 14 days after bleaching, relaxing or perming before colouring. Keep out of reach of children.
