How to Use
- Balayage / Open Air: Mix a 1:1 ratio (e.g., 30g powder + 30ml developer) using 20 or 30 Vol.
- Foils / Enclosed: Mix a 1:1.5 ratio (e.g., 30g powder + 45ml developer) using 20 or 30 Vol. Use only with L'Oréal Professionnel aluminium foils.
- Global On-Scalp: Mix a 1:2 or 1:3 ratio (e.g., 30g powder + 60ml/90ml developer). Use 20 Vol maximum on the scalp.
- Apply evenly to dry, unwashed hair.
- Process for up to 50 minutes depending on the desired lift and hair texture.
- Do not apply heat or cover the hair during development. Check progress regularly.
- Once the desired lift is achieved, rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
- Shampoo with a technical shampoo (such as L'Oréal Professionnel Metal Detox) to ensure all chemical residues are removed before toning.

Returns

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
