How to Apply:
1. Start with clean, dry hair and brush your hair to remove any tangles.
2. Using the handle-side of the backcombing brush, create a horizontal part about an inch or two above your ears, extending from one side of your head to the other, then secure the top section of your hair with a hair clip.
3. Take the halo hair extension and place it on your head like a headband, with the wire sitting comfortably around the crown of your head and the weft lying flat against the back of your head.
4. If planning to use the clips, attach the extra set of clips on the weft to your hair for added security
Ensure the wire is hidden, comfortable and the weft is secure and even.
5. Release the clipped section of your hair.
6. Use a comb or your fingers to gently blend your natural hair over the halo extension, making sure the wire is completely hidden.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
