Designed with a 2-step construction, ideal even for beginner babes, we’ve made this hair addition super easy to apply. The bun booster and feathered spray of hair can be easily incorporated and styled into your natural hair in seconds - no glam squad necessary.
How to:
Style your natural hair into a low bun, and apply the Bun Booster wraparound on top for a sassy, seamless finish with SO much volume.
Next, add the finishing touch with our feathered section of hair and tweak until desired style is achieved.
For statement definition, use in conjunction with our Slick Back Down Baby Hair Styler to spike individual strands on the feathered section, or perfect and sleek your natural hair into place.
Care Instructions:
Wash with hair extensions shampoo and conditioner and leave to dry naturally. Store in hair extensions hanger to avoid tangling. Use a soft bristle brush when brushing/detangling. Heat resistant up to 180 degrees. Our synthetic hair extensions are pre-styled so you can quickly and easily clip in a new style, you can even use your straighteners up to 180 degrees to tweak the strands, but they aren't suitable to be completely re-styled into a new style. We have a great range of styles including straight, curly wavy and more, so you can buy exactly the style you want without re-styling.

Shipping & Delivery Overview
- Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in London, United Kingdom.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days.
- During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.
Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been dispatched.
Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

If your order contains restricted items, we may:

- Contact you with alternative shipping options, or
- Cancel and refund the affected item(s) where necessary.
UK Shipping Restrictions (Royal Mail Only)
The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:
Aerosols - maximum 2 items per order
Perfumes & aftershaves - maximum 8 items per order
Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order
Please do not select DHL at checkout if your order contains:
- Aerosols
- Perfumes or aftershaves
- Nail polish
If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
- Change the shipping method,
- Remove restricted items from the order, or
- Cancel and refund the affected item(s).
Any refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
