Preventive use is recommended for anyone with delicate, irritable scalps before chemical treatments (colouring, perms, straightening), while using it afterwards can calm any irritations, itching or redness and restore the physiological balance of the scalp.
How to use: apply the lotion all over the scalp or just to the affected areas, taking care to massage gently for a few minutes until completely absorbed. Do not rinse. Use as often as necessary.

Returns

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
