Directions
First, wash your hair. Then, evenly distribute a palm-full or more of Miss Jessie’s® Honey Sweet & Nice™ conditioner between both of your hands and apply the moisturizing conditioner to your freshly washed hair and scalp. Detangle your hair and then rinse out. For extensive moisture, use Miss Jessie’s® Leave-In Condish® as a conditioning style prep before applying Miss Jessie’s® Honey Curls as your styling product.

- During busy periods (such as Black Friday, launches, and Christmas), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.
- UK standard delivery usually arrives within 2–5 working days after dispatch.
- International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.
- Free UK shipping is available on orders over £40.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
We use a dedicated portal to manage and track returns. Please contact our customer service team to request a returns authorisation number (RAN). Contact us
Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.

The following items can only be shipped within the UK using Royal Mail:

Nail polish - maximum 8 items per order

If DHL is selected for restricted items, we may:
