How to Use
- Mixing: In a non-metallic bowl, mix the Blonde Voyage Powder Lightener with the Oxidative Cream Developer (20 Vol). Use a ratio of 1:1.5 to 1:2 until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
- Application: Apply the mixture immediately to dry, unwashed hair. Ensure complete saturation of the sections you wish to lighten.
- Processing: Allow the product to develop for up to 50 minutes. Do not use artificial heat. Check the progress every 5–10 minutes until you reach your desired level of lightness.
- Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until the water runs clear.
- Toning & Conditioning: Apply the Blonde Perfecting Violet Shampoo, massage through, and leave for 3–5 minutes before rinsing. Follow with the Blonde Perfecting Violet Conditioner to lock in moisture and further enhance the cool tone.

Returns
You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Please do not send your packages without authorisation as these will be refused.
If you are returning items not due to defect, discrepancy or misdescription, you will be responsible for return postage costs. This will usually be deducted from your purchase refund.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and within 14 days of your receiving your order.
We do not offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
